"See you in September"
Micah started his first day of school on the 6th. I absolutely loved what a long summer we had with him home.
He ran up to Miss Jenn at the meet and greet, she got down on her knees and they gave each other a big hug. (Our second year with Miss Jenn). He loves school and has been enjoying making new friends.
My mom and dad were able to visit us for a week that first week in September also. Great getting to visit with them and have them all to myself was wonderful. We enjoyed Park City, Greek food, peach orchards/farmers market, movies, shopping, and just being with each other.
Color run with the Jennings.
Catching a Bee's baseball game and fireworks afterwards.
Cramming in as many trips to Lagoon before it closes for the year.
Aquarium
Discovery Gateway
Savoring the goodness of summer food.
Handsome guy.
Stacey and I at Texas De Brazil.
Grandma came for 4 days and stayed with us. Brett had 2 trips to Colorado and 2 trips to Reno this month. He also had a weekend of training supervisors which led to an overnight date in downtown SLC while Grammy watched the boys for us.
1st time I've ever hired a professional photographer take family photos for us. SO pleased with how they turned out!
I can't brag enough about this POTTY TRAINING CHAMPION. 4 weeks with a total of 3 (potty) accidents to date. I don't have to pull off his pants, or put him on the toilet. He does it all on his own and without me telling him to. All I do his put his pants back on when he's done. He is so proud of himself and loves being a big boy. Mommy and daddy are so proud and are still scratching our heads as to why he was so easy about all this. (It's been 3-4 months since I've changed a dirty diaper..he's had that down for sometime...we just had to do the potty thing and now he's got that). HALLELUJAH!!

This picture right here makes being outnumbered 1000x worth it. They would be lost without each-other.
Two of my best girlfriends came this past weekend with their families. We had a total of 13.5 people in the house for four days. It was a beautiful mess. No words to describe the love and appreciation I hold for you girls in my heart. Thanks for the laughs, encouragement, easy, and fun weekend (with a little bit of chaos thrown in there). You ladies are incredibly dependable, and refreshing to my soul. I love you.
Such a fun and adorable crew.
Whew!! What a month!
