It's the most wonderful time of the year!

 Merry Christmas!
If you know me, you know this is my favorite time of year! Celebrating our Saviors birth, getting to spend time with family/friends, shopping for others, and lots of yummy food. What's not to love? Also, having a baby in the house adds a whole other level of excitement and joy during this time. I just LOVE it!

The boys meeting Santa
Micah couldn't get enough of his Toy Story wrapping paper and had to carry these gifts everywhere with him (Thanks Aunt Stacy)!

We hosted Christmas Eve dinner at our house and had Christmas Day lunch at Senior Butlers house.

My attempt of making a 'rustic' table without buying anything new for it.

We couldn't find all the right ingredients for my moms punch so Brett experimented with what we had. It was BOMB!

Seriously, so good.

This was the holiday house the kids worked on. You had to melt chocolate in moldings let them set and chill in the fridge, put it together, THEN decorate.

Brett set up a heater, craft table, and his ping pong table in the garage where the kids could get as crazy as they wanted! Such a sweet uncle.
The candy decorations were disappearing fast if you know what I mean. This is the closest 'after' picture I got.

Kiddy table. I learned after the fact that the kids were eating my (non edible) decorations off the table. I was wondering why they were all broke into small pieces. Yes, they looked like cookies, but were tied to twine and meant to be ornaments ha! Brett was telling me later that night in bed that the kids didn't like my cookies and he wanted to know what was in them...I had no idea what he was talking about but then we finally figured it out. Oh goodness...

My glorious tree. Yes, it is still up on Jan 1. I'll see how long I can get away with keeping it up this year.

Christmas morning was fun. We had a nice time with just the 4 of us. Opening presents from each other and the ones sent from Colorado. (Plus yummy cinnamon rolls)

Our sweet Chuffy with all his presents. He LOVED trying to eat the wrapping paper and would get extremely ticked when we would take it away.

Naughty...;)

Babies 1st Christmas

 Cant. Get. Enough.
