Family has always been important to me. Growing up 99% of vacations were to visit family. We were taught to appreciate and soak in all the family time you can get. My childhood memories are full of us all being together (grandparents, aunts, uncles, and tons of cousins) for most holidays. We would be jam packed into one house, lots of laughter, love and of course chaos. I'm hoping Lucas and Micah get to experience that too. They got a small taste of it this last week when we spent one week with my immediate family in Colorado and another week with extended family in Kansas.
Grandparents are a delightful blend of laughter, caring deeds, wonderful stories and love.

| My Uncles Harlan and Kenny. Micah thought they were a big deal because they would take him on tractor rides, and stop for candy and pop. He also got to meet Aunt Beth, Lavonne, Uncle Kent, and my cousin Abbie. |
