Flo-RIDA!
First of all let me just say this trip wouldn't have been possible without our awesome fam for giving us their frequent flyer miles, and a free place to stay! Eileen had mentioned going to FL with her to visit great Grandma and flying straight from to Denver to FL but we thought that would be a little too much. So we went from Denver back home and a week later she said the offer was still good if we wanted to fly out they'd still give us those miles. Brett decided to take the temp job in Boise and had one week till he started his new job. My girls at work graciously said they would cover for me --So we said 'WHY NOT?!'. Saturday night we booked our tickets and Sunday afternoon we were on a plane!
'Brett's day' Disney World ('my day' was more like an over night trip to the gulf side where we stayed in Clearwater)
Okay, so I gotta say the best part of the trip was how much one-on-one time Brett and I got. The grandma's were more than eager to watch the dude-ster for us. So we got away A LOT! Tons of day dates then at night we would put Micah to bed and go out for coffee, walks on the beach, movies, shopping. One day we even got pedicures together. I felt like we were dating again and could stay out at long as we felt like! It was seriously so awesome having Brett ALL TO MYSELF! Thanks grandma's!!
