Butler Easter 2010

Our 1st Easter with our OWN little one...definitely one I'll always remember. I look forward to the many more we'll share with Micah, and watching him learn about our Redeemers love. Praying with my whole heart Micah will come to know his Lord and Savior at a young age, and bring glory to his name!

Brett and I went and saw "No Greater Love" at the Nampa Nazarene Church while Mic got one-on-one time with Grandpa (Thanks Rex!). This was my 1st time, and I really enjoyed it! Definitely want to make this a tradition with our kids as they get older! For me it put back the focus of Easter on what it should be.

This one just makes me laugh...I don't know why. Ride em' cowboy...huh??!

Isn't it so cute?! Eileen made a Delicious meal for the whole fam (Sam, Caroline & the kiddos came up from Utah) and some close family friends. This was our dessert and it was MMM MMM GOOD!

What kind of parents would we be if we didn't take Micah to see the Easter bunny on his 1st Easter?? Probably won't make this a tradition, but it was still fun. Micah handled the bunny just like he handles everything else in life...cool, calm and collected, and of course with a HUGE smile.
He's still a mellow baby, and continues to be so laid back making our job as parents way too easy, and an absolute JOY! It's been an amazing adventure making our "first" memories with him, and looking forward to many many more. I'm going to soak up my last two months of having a baby under 1....(gulp) Wait, will he even be considered a baby anymore?? Oh my, I can't think like that right now!
